We are different as it's often our money and our people that support those companies that we back. Our experience has come from building our own businesses and developing our own ideas. It's come from enjoying our own trophies and feeling the pain of our own battle scars. That makes it a different game. We are non judgemental, we exclude no-one and we decide who we work with after meeting them, not because what they have or have not done in the past.

Our approach is very simple. We meet people, we listen to their thoughts , their ideas and their passion. We go away and we meet internally to discuss and challenge. If we like it and you like us then we will look at how you need support, and how we can provide that support. We believe in a direct approach of honesty and candour, we do what we say and we expect the same from the founders we work with. Hard work and consistency are the two main yard sticks we use to determine if a founder is genuine game changer.
